The Genius

Sharp-witted and commercially savvy, The Genius met Dieter during a lecture, after a voice from the back of the room shouted “nonsense!”

…It was Dieter, challenging one of his more experimental points, on how to present magic to the masses.

As the pair began to argue - back and forth - neither of them noticed the audience leave the room, until he and Dieter were left alone to their verbal jousting.

Nothing much changed over the years, and many would avoid being in the same room as The Genius and Dieter, especially at social gatherings where the wine would flow - for fear of the friendly arguments erupting anew.

As stubborn as each other, and equally as knowledgable, the pair certainly loved a little verbal fencing.
